What’s in a moment? In a moment you can send a tweet, start a fire, refresh your newsfeed, destroy a life, save a life, blink your eyes, take a nap, earn a fortune or squander it all.
A moment is everything. A moment is nothing
Our time here on earth is to elevate the divine potential that exists within it, to find the purpose and meaning in the world around us and ‘raise up the sparks’ reveal the inherent G-dliness therein. Puzzle pieces scattered every which way.
Every moment is also a wholeness, a complete and unique chance to to do something infinitely profound, important and whole.
Think of the rays of the light form the sun. Each ray is unique - a discrete expression of the sun that illuminates a single, specific corner of the world with warmth, light and goodness… It’s also part of a greater whole, bound to its source of luminance, an expression of a profound entity of illumination.
Thus every moment is both a piece of the larger puzzle, an integral step towards completing the picture of a G-dly, just and inspired world… and a world to itself: A singular entity, a unique precious second that is here now and can be experienced in its wholeness - an eternity expressed in a singularity.
