💡 Think:
The holiday of Shavuot begins this evening. It marks the giving of the Torah on Mt. Sinai and the completion of the Exodus journey we began on Passover.
There are two Tens in the Torah - the Ten Utterances said in the Creation of the world, and the Ten Commandments given on Sinai.
Our task, is to bring the transcendence of Sinai and draw it into the the physicality of Creation. Each mitzvah we do is a conduit we build to bind the Ten with the Ten.
